                           Overview

WWE 2K15 is the second game in the WWE franchise to be published by 2K Games. Development is largely being handled by Yuke's, which has been the primary developer of WWE games for over a decade. This year, 2K's Visual Concepts studio will lend assistance with the game's graphics, which should result in more realistic-looking character models, much like VC's work in 2K's annual basketball series. WWE 2K15 is the first WWE game set to appear on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Versions for the older consoles are said to be receiving graphical improvements as well, but not on the scale of their current-generation counterparts.

                                  Roster

2K is set to announce the game's roster at an event just prior to WWE's SummerSlam pay-per-view, but some of the more popular WWE superstars have already been confirmed to appear. Pre-ordered copies of the game will come with Sting, a popular WCW wrestler making his first appearance in a WWE property. Limited Edition copies of the game will come with additional Hulk Hogan-related items and costumes.
